the hizzou as of late....

Wow, it is so much easier and faster to blog when I just throw my pics up here rather than send them through lightroom for editing first. Some catch up. Here is the day Ambreigh was blessed.
Her Aunt Rachel, Uncle Zach and Grandpa McKendrick came for the special occasion (and some skiing).

So a couple of mornings ago I woke up to this out my bedroom window. Lame!
Actually, normally I would have been bitter because I am a hot girl. No really, I like living in the heat. Being in the South for the last 8 years has been fabulous, but isn't this just so winter wonderlandish? I just loved it.
Then that very afternoon this is the scene out my window. And I thought Texas (the land I loved) was weird. This is just out.of.control.

The broken umbrella was an added bonus.
My one and only boy's birthday was April 28th. He is 4 and terribly sweet and spicy. Oh how I love and adore him.






I really can't wait until I lose these last 8 pounds. My poor face is about to explode.
