my baby is one

yes, alas it is so. my darling baby girl is one. it is the first time i have shot in this new house with the different lighting and the tan walls. now i know for the future a little bit better what to expect for my white balance and exposure. back to baby, i just love her, but she works me to the bone! i'm not kidding. never have i been so exhausted with a baby. although, i am turning 30 tomorrow. my days of youthful energy are fleeting.

BTW, she absolutely devours chocolate cakes (just like her mama). I couldn't get her to barely touch this vanilla cake.

bre 9 months
