i {heart} pinterest with all my heart.

Here are a few of the projects that I have been working on for the past few months. I am by no means done with their rooms, but here is a start.

The Nursery

So what say ye, do you like the tutu wreath with the striped ribbon or the solid black ribbon?

It was so easy to make. I {heart} pinterest.

This is a button bouquet if you can't tell from the picture.

I recovered this rocking chair and refinished it in black. It is used to be a honeyish wood color.

Aubryn's room.

I made Kel put the chandelier in her room, then I recovered the lampshades with rosettes and feather boa.

The tutu wreath is perfect because she is so in love with ballet (as am I).

Her bedding was kind of a pain. The lace cost more than the actual duvet.

This lamp was from a very exclusive boutique called Goodwill. The base was gold (yuck) which I spray painted a metallic color. Then it just had a regular lampshade which I added some gourmet coffee filters to.

And then of course, my bib obsession. I think I already posted on fb. If only there was more time to create....

So many more projects to tackle.

bibs and burp cloths

I have been making some bibs and burp cloths for myself and as gifts. Don't look too closely though, I'm still just a beginner.

Here is my little Bre Bre under foot as always. :)

a crazy out of control amount of photos + more hair peices

Bre's 6 months photos plus some more head pieces that I recently made. All in all, I would say it was a very productive 10 minutes worth of shooting.



























































































the only way that i could get bryn to let me take her picture was if she took mine and i actually put it on my blog. after all, she wants to be a photographer when she grows up (as well as a ballerina, doctor and mom).
it's pretty awesome that you can see straight up my nose.
