So this is fall...

This is the first year that we have actually carved pumpkins with the kids.
I know, I know. The things we deprive our kids of.
Bryn doing a little carving of her own.
She didn't leave his side the entire time he was creating his "masterpiece."

Bryn insisted that at least one side be "happy." Well, this is...happy. Sadistic happy.
Whenever anybody turns it around to the other side, she always notices and cries, "who moved the pumpkin?! He is supposed to be happy!" And then proceeds to go and turn it around to this less disturbing (according to her) side.
Wow, Bryn doesn't look uncommonly large at all.
Bryn and her cute little girlfriends enjoying a lovely fall day.

Oh yeah, side note. Last night we took little walk. Bryn was about 15 feet behind us talking to herself. This is what she was saying,
"poo poo. stinky diaper. I love to say potty words.
I just really love potty words."

I am failing miserably as a parent!

  2. No, Bryn doesn't look any bigger at all than those other girls!!! You guys did a good job with the pumpkins. And hey, you got a new table. Was that in the pictures of your updated kitchen? I must have missed that. And I got a good look at the bench. I love it.
