Aubryn: "Mom, why does Dad kiss you?"
Me: Because we're old and married and when you are a mommy and married you can kiss too. That's why you don't kiss boys like Tyler right now because your not old and married."
Aubryn: "But Mom, Tyler loves me!"
Oh boy, isn't this coming about 12 years too early?

Oh No! She does have it bad! Elyse has been up to the same thing with a little boy named Issac that is in her preschool. I don't think they kissed (at least I hope not), but Elyse came home and said that she was going to marry Issac after he comes home from his mission. I laughed because it must have been brought up at school where the teacher said that Issac had to go on a mission first before they could get married. I think it's the age. It is a little early, but I remember kissing a boy in Kindergarten while everyone was playing kiss tag. Anyway... hopefully she will grow out of it. Good luck!!

ReplyDeleteDon't worry Juli, I heard a story from my MIL that Ben was telling his little girlfriends in kindergarten "Let's kiss long like in the movies". She's boy crazy for sure!
